Set of 5 Prayer Flags on a rope. Each flag is 15″x18″ and the length of a set is approximately 7 feet.

Prayer flags are inscribed with auspicious symbols, invocations, prayers and mantras. For centuries Tibetan Buddhists have planted prayer flags outside their homes and places of spiritual practice. The wind carries the beneficent spiritual vibrations across the earth and heavens – to the Gods, humans, animals and to beings in the lower realms. The colours represent the elements: earth, water, fire, air and space. Displaying the colours is believed to balance the elements, bringing peace to individuals and to the environment.
