In the United States it is perfectly legal to wear a button that says “I Am A Terrorist” button as long as you aren’t acting suspiciously. If you are acting suspiciously, for whatever reasons, the fact that you are wearing a button that says “I Am A Terrorist” probably isn’t going to help much, so we recommend that if you are going to purchase one of these buttons, you don’t find yourself in places where authorities (or others) might not want to see you – and remember: whether or not you are acting suspiciously depends a whole lot more on the opinion of the one who is judging your actions than it does anything else.
